11jl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 11jl ("11jl", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 11jl online gaming platform accessible at 11jl.biz and all associated services, games, features, and promotional offers therein.

By registering an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using the 11jl platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the platform.

• Single Account: Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) personal account on the 11jl platform. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether self-imposed through 11jl's responsible gaming tools or imposed by a regulatory body.

To access the full features of the 11jl platform, including real-money wagering and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide your full legal name, valid email address, active Philippine mobile phone number, and date of birth during registration.
• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification prior to processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine National ID (PhilSys), or other government-issued identification as specified by 11jl.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — confidential and secure. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Notify 11jl immediately via official support channels if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Account Security

You bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through your 11jl account, whether or not authorized by you, except in cases of proven unauthorized access resulting directly from a security failure on the part of 11jl. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available in your account security settings.

11jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including during withdrawal processing, where we have reasonable grounds to verify the identity of the account holder or the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

All financial transactions on the 11jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. By making a deposit, you represent that the funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 11jl wallet within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment authorization. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) hours.
• 11jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name and match your verified account identity.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during operating hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals typically take one (1) to three (3) hours.
• 11jl reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity is detected. This may result in temporary delays while verification is completed.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be suspended until verification is satisfactorily concluded.
• 11jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds that are suspected to be the proceeds of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or that are subject to unresolved dispute or investigation.

11jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who are aged 21 years or older and have completed all applicable verification requirements.
• All bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to your account. Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account at the end of this period.

All games available on the 11jl platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

11jl sources its games exclusively from certified game providers whose games use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Conduct Standards

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process; impersonating another person; using a stolen or unauthorized payment method to fund an account.
• Money Laundering: Using the 11jl platform for any money laundering purpose, including using it to disguise the origin, ownership, or control of illicitly obtained funds. 11jl complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of 2001 and its amendments.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or accessing more than one 11jl account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under the age of 21, or knowingly permitting a minor to use your account.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to live poker, multi-player table games, and tournaments.
• Automated Systems: Using robots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider for deposits made to your 11jl account.

• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to limit the time you spend on the platform per day.

11jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Distribute, publicly perform, display, or transmit any platform content without express written authorization from 11jl;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any platform software;
• Frame, scrape, or data-mine any portion of the platform.

Any unauthorized use of 11jl's Intellectual Property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

The 11jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11jl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 11jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content on the platform;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays arising from causes beyond 11jl's reasonable control.

In no event shall 11jl's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 11jl account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11jl reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual;
• Detection of automated play or use of prohibited third-party software;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Regulatory requirement or court order;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon termination of an account for cause, 11jl reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any funds held in the account, including deposited funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawal amounts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) may do so through the account settings page or by contacting 11jl support. 11jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 11jl will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the registered email address on file, or via a prominent notice on the platform, or both.

The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version of the Terms took effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of the 11jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to the Terms, your sole remedy is to immediately discontinue your use of the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining account balance, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and 11jl in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact 11jl's customer support team in good faith to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can and should be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms.

Nothing in this section shall limit 11jl's right to seek emergency relief or injunctive remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms that would cause irreparable harm to 11jl.
